This Blend is specifically designed for deep and restful sleep. Each herb plays a roll in this powerhouse blend to help "knock you out". These herbs are used in many sleep related teas but we can grantee you have never had a blend like this. We include lemon balm and lavender to help calm your mind and all of that inner chatter that can keep you from falling asleep. Valerian root is a natural sleep aid which helps with insomnia and anxiety and can be used to replace a sleeping pill. Often Valerian is taken in a pill form however your body uses much more energy , and time, to break down the herb in a dry state. When brewed in a tea, and steeped, once drank your body absorbs the Valerian almost immediate. Drink the tea 30 min - 2 hours before bed time and enjoy a good nights sleep. Valerian has a very distinctive smell and taste but we use only the highest quality, and sweet tasting, product. We also blend our tea with herbs to balance the blend for sleep but also flavor.

Ingredients:
- Organic Valerian Root
- Organic Lemon Balm
- Organic Spearmint
- Organic Lavender
- Organic Orange Peel
Preparation:
1-1.5 tsp of tea into an infuser, pour 8 oz of boiling water over, cover to stop nutrients from escaping in the steam, and steep for 8-10 min.
