Coffee and chocolate are in a secret love affair. If a splash of milk is added to this passionate recipe, it becomes even more piquant. Speaking less erotically, a cup of Flat White meets every human need! First, I have selected a unique Lithuanian coffee grown in El Salvador, which was discovered in 1949 on a farm owned by the Pacas family (the descendants of the Lithuanian Duke family Pacas). Then I fused Pacas’s coffee with selected cacao beans. The recipe turned out to be both modern and classical and more than satisfactory. I have been fine-tuning this recipe for nearly eight years and this newest version left no one indifferent.
